Where can I purchase a ticket?

Regular tickets and PASMO can be used to board the train. They can be purchased at each station.

Is there an extra charge for the Special Express?

The Keio Line does not charge an additional fee for Special Express trains in addition to our regular fare.

Where can I purchase a commuter pass?

Regular commuter passes and Docchimo passes are available with the Keio Line.

Do you have discount tickets?

Keio Line provides “Mt. Takao Ticket,” “Keio Amusement Passport,” and “Tokyo Explorer Ticket” discount tickets.

Where can I transfer at Shinjuku and Shibuya stations?

Transfers to various other lines can be made at Shinjuku at Shibuya stations. For details, please see the station maps for Shinjuku and Shibuya stations.

Where can I get help if I’ve lost something in the station or on the train?

Please ask at the Keio Line and Inokashira Line Lost and Found Office.

How do I get to Mt. Takao?

The nearest station is Takaosanguchi station. For more information on directions to Takaosanguchi station and the Mt. Takao area, please see the link below.

How do I get to Sanrio Puroland?

Keio-tama-center is the nearest station. For more information on directions to Keio-tama-center station and the Tama Center area, please see the link below.
