Lost and Found
Please inquire "Keiō Line and Inokashira Line Lost and Found Office."
On the day you forgot an item: Please contact the nearest Keiō Line/Inokashira Line station.
The day after you forgot an item or later: Please contact the "Keiō Line/Inokashira Line Lost and Found Office".
Please be prepared to provide a detailed description of the lost article as well as information on where and when it was lost, as this will enhance the chances of recovering the article.
In addition, if you don't know the situation in which the item was lost or in the case of an items that we receive a lot of, such as umbrellas/gloves, don't contact us by phone but please come in person to the nearest Keiō Line/Inokashira Line station or Lost and Found Office and confirm this.
*Basic rule for safekeeping the articles found lost at our office is 3 days from the day it was found.
Please inquire within these 3 days, since all found articles will be transferred to the Metropolitan Police Department Lost & Found Center after 3 days (in accordance with the Article 9 of the Lost Property Act, stating that any found articles needs to be delivered to the police department in jurisdiction within 7 days).
